Domestic orders ship UPS Ground. Domestic shipping is free on orders over $295. Domestic orders under $295 ship for $12 flat rate.
International orders ship DHL International at a $45 flat rate. Customers are responsible for all duties and customs fees associated with international orders.
Canadian orders ship UPS Standard at a $30 flat rate. Customs duties are included in the shipping rate.
All Domestic orders over $750 will require a signature upon delivery.

All domestic returns and exchanges must be requested through our RETURN PORTAL: ilanakohn.happyreturns.com.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. We will reply with a prepaid shipping label. A $10 processing fee with be deducted from your total refund amount. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery, or they will not be accepted. All garments must be unwashed/unworn.

Once we receive your package, we will issue your refund within one week of receipt. Shipping fees incurred will not be refunded. Exchanges are final sale.
